She has over a decade of experience supporting individuals to improve their health, fitness, and confidence through safe, structured exercise.
Shiobhan has managed her own gym, worked within secondary school PE settings, and previously owned and ran Fit Slims Club, where she helped hundreds of women successfully manage their weight and improve their wellbeing. Her specialist area is working with obesity, supporting people who may feel nervous, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start.

Nathan is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor currently working with Everlast Gyms and across the Staffordshire area. He has extensive experience delivering exercise programmes for individuals with disabilities, older adults, and those with long-term health conditions.
Nathan specialises in inclusive, functional exercise designed to improve mobility, strength, confidence, and independence, helping people live better, more active lives. He is also highly experienced in strength training, adapting sessions to suit all abilities and needs.
Known for his calm, supportive approach, Nathan works closely with clients to ensure sessions are safe, empowering, and tailored - making fitness accessible for everyone, regardless of age or ability.
