Terms & conditions

These are the terms and conditions of Ability Support & Education on which we provide a service to customers through this website and with face to face communication. 
These terms and conditions have been written to set out our responsibilities as a company and your rights as a customer of Ability Support & Education.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before joining us and retain a copy for future reference.

We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any custom made by our customers, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which the customer accepted when the you become a customer. 

Otherwise, no alteration of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing between Ability Support & Education and you (the customer).

Care and Residential Home Visits 

Our visits are charged at a £45 per session

This is not on a contracted basis but as an agreement between Ability Support & Education and the care home. 

If you are booked in with a Exercise Coach and do not Cancel 24hrs before the scheduled appointment with the coach, the care home would be required to still make payment the missed appointment.

Refunds are not offered within the company unless there is written agreement between us and the care or residential home. 

Refunds will be issues if any of our clients makes a complaint based on poor information that has resulted in injury or harm to any person. This is something that we work hard to ensure never happens. Safety of all customers is our number one priority. 

Online Courses

All educational courses that are ordered online will be emailed to the registered email address and contact will be made via our management in the education department. Refunds can be made if contacted within 24 hours of purchasing your course online.
